I made these rules because I mainly auction donated items that are pre owned from my store, I wash/clean everything before I ship unless it is new with tags, and I ship for free so you will have to bare with me on the days of my auctions, I have to ship when I can, but I have met a few stuck up listians that think this is a mall and everything should look like it came out of a mall and those are the listians I made my rules for because they can be some very mean and nasty people and I don't want any part of that, so if you are one of those listians, PLEASE don't bid on my items.. for the rest of you... there Should Be A Page of Shame, Where Your Name Is posted If You Scam Someone, And All Those Who Don't Want To Get Verified. It Should Stay There Until They Have Been Verified For A Mandatory Period Of time. They should Be restricted From Having Auctions,And Participating In Auctions.. Then And Only Then Should They Be Given A Second chance. After That Ban Them Forever. I ,Myself Flag And Block Each One I Come Across And Wish I Could Post Next To Their Names Scammer To Notify Everyone Else But Its not Possible.I'm Sorry I'm Venting, But We Honest Listian Are The Ones Who Pay The Price For Being Trusting. We Not Only Don't Get Our Item But Are Then Made To Wait Several Days Before They Are TransferEd Back. Well , Sorry Again . God Bless

I totally agree!!! the number one requirement or rule of listia when you first sign up and to even be able to list an auction is that you must FIRST BE VERIFIFIED!!! in ALL fields before you can participate in anything listia has to offer..... they make it waaaaay to easy for the scammers!! and they have to be loosing a ton of credits and stuff so you would think they would do something about it!!
