Ok I'm going to ask can I just plug it into the wall socket and then config it to work with the wireless I recieve and my computer. Router is not in my home

revajane it says you can take this anywhere and use it as a router as long as your device is connected to it up to 5 devices can be used with this 1 single router! hope that helps
