The markings under the ring there are three circle with a backward C -- another that is hard to see --- Third is .86 i have no clue on what these markings mean size 10. on both sides of the ring ,they are the same .The side of the ring is The Eagle on a leaf and lightning

Hello: to answer your question. for as long as i've had it. that's 11 years, i brought it in Nevada, in a small shop about 50 miles out of Las Vegas The owner was German. hard to understand. I did try looking it up with the markings .86 not sure what that means.the line and snake like line .again i have no clue. It cost me $75 i do know the third marking is the family name of the maker
