I collect McCoy and found myself with some duplicates of pieces. This is a pre-1940 Forest green African Violet Planter...4 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall...Super cute and in very good vintage condition for it's age...Please leave a comment if you are interested in more McCoy Auctions...I have more pieces that are duplicates...At 50 watchers I'm going to add a gift to this auction...Free Shipping 7 day Auction...Low starting bid....

I found this auction by accident. I have 2 yellow McCoy planters exactly like the green one you have. Same size and everything. Are they african violet planter too?? I think I am going to post to auction in a few days. Thanks everyone.

I just looked in my McCoy pottery book, I don't see this particular pot in yellow just green...there are allot of references on the internet to years and colors of McCoy if you don;t have a book...might take some goggling but you might be able to identify them by year...good luck

I have the large version of this planter that I have my 20 year old split leaf philodendron in. I am definitely watching and bidding! I also fanned ya :)
