This is a new Instant Cell Phone Backup in the original sealed clamshell packaging. It's a very light item which will fit in your pocket and runs on a standard cr2032 watch battery which is included.

The device apparently takes a SIM card and downloads all your contacts and speed dials. I think you can then clone these to another SIM card. No PC or PDA is required. It will hold 1000 numbers.
