No problem...This phone is slick u get the $9.99 data plan and i never even used all the MB it gives u and i was always on the web and downloading apps...Another good thing with this phone is that it has a built in wifi so u can get online anywere..

Ok there is a screen protector on it thats glares there are no scratches any were on phone.....It comes with charger data cable and original manuals...And yes it was on a contract but i got a new htc incredible so switched phones...I would have to get atleast 3000 credits before free shipping....To ohio shipping is $4.95 thanks
