What u mean? and the Batteries pack I got wont work with it it's to big and where it charges the thang is out side of it and the batteries I got has it in side. If u know what I mean bc I can't really explain it

you sit the whole controller on it to charge the battery not just the battery it changes off the the contacts that are visible on the back of the battery

Its true. The Nyko battery packs have a metal connector on the back of the battery. So you can rest the controller on it and not have to switch batteries all of the time.
