This is my daughters ipod touch 4th gen 8g. Works great no issues.

The ONLY problem with this is the battery will not hold a charge. So it needs replaced,The back shows signs of use and scratches but this has had a screen protector on it from day 1, it has also been kept in a case not sure how the back is so scratched and scuffed but it is.

It has been reset to factory settings.
