The listing, ***VINTAGE "THE FISHERMAN BUST" SAVINGS BANK has ended.

I am not exactly sure what these were used for. They are very collectable right now. I think insurance companies gave them to you to save your payment in. The bottom is on this one, but I don't have the key for it. I think its made from brass. In real good condition. I have a Lincoln one on another auction. If you have any questions just ask!
