My Rules:
1. I don't ship international including Canada, only within the continental states and will not shorten the days of auction do not ask to lower starting points.
2. I will only ship to verified Listia addresses (Don't ask if I would ship it to a friend or relative there will be no exceptions).
3. GIN (Get It Now) will not be lowered (if applicable).
4. I always ship within 7 days of getting your information (per listia's rules). Please don't ask me where your item is unless it's after 7 days that the auction closed. I will "Re list" item if I don't hear from you within 7 days of auction closure (per listia's rules).

Questions & Comments

When you have patterns it is nice to let people know if it is uncut as in factory folded still or has been used and cut. Also many of us are asking now if people are smokers or not. I am now putting in my auctions that I am a non-smoker so they know right away that there will be no smells such as that. Good luck.

yes I am a smoker but I only smoke outside of my house because of asthmatic family members. The pattern has not been cut never used. I had intended on using it for a play at our church but then we changed the play so never got the chance to use it.:( I hope it will benefit someone.
