Have you tried this in a bit? Does it get really hot sry for weird questions but my hair is a little damaged so it takes a really hot iron to work for mine. Fanned and watching

This one may not be for you then :( Sorry. My kids and I have used this and it does work...although I do not know the heat setting temp I would consider it to be on the lower end of the temp spectrum when it comes to flat irons (making it safer for your hair)...it was originally part of a summer set with blow dryer and beach gear and in looking up the specs from that online I can only find where it says it's a "gentle" heat...I hope this helps.

It's about 6.5 inches long, about 1.5 inches wide and about 1 inch thick...plus the cord.
