I use to get these from my local Frisch's every year and the kids in the area know that I pass them out for Halloween along with other local free coupons I get from other local food joints. However, I can not get any of them local anymore as they all stopped selling them. I have been driving an hour each way to run into Muncie IN. to pick them up a few weeks before Halloween. Due to weather, our trick-or-treat night has been rescheduled and I will not be able to pass out like normal.
