this is a motorola ve20 flip phone everything works on it. it a alltel phone cane be use as pre paid or may on contract. or with verizon. my carrier is page plus and they couls not get it to program with them i don't knoe why i had another one like it and it work on page plus. it mike work with other prepaid carrier or if you takeit to dealer they can swith it over to yur carrier it is refurbished i bought it offf e bay bbut it wouldn't work with mt carrier so i decided to auction it on here, ni buyer remorse i do not re funf point or shipping. it is now free shipping and if shipping reach 2000 I will throw in charger

charger will be with it and no ,when i bought it it didnot come with charger the guy i bought it from di not send charger with it but i had extra so i am putting it in
