Is it like a peplum?

yes kind of it doesnt stick out as much as a peplum. But the bottom half under the seam in the flows out a bit while the top half above the seam fits onto you. Hope that makes sense if not please ask me to clarify. Thanks for your interest :)

Yes it's tight but not skin tight if that's what's your thinking? There's a elastic string band within the very top of the shirt that stretches and fits onto the body. thanks for your questions :) I hope my answer helps sorry I'm bad at at explanations but I'll try my best haha
