They are not oven proof.
I always used them for serving different kinds of cookies at Christmas. Also as a vegetable tray. They wrap well with Saran wrap for transport. I have lined with wax paper and lettuce leaf's. I do not do a lot of entertaining any more so they got to go. Hope you can find a good use for them. There use to be four how ever it was damaged. The red tray has a small chip in the paint on the inside corner of tray. The Blue one has a small dent with paint chipped. Neither interferes with use of trays.
These trays can not be used for cooking with....
