The listing, ✿ LOVELY Shimmering Gray Dress (One Size Fits Most) ✿ has ended.

This beautiful, BRAND-NEW, strapless dress by Lapis (One Size Fits Most) is extremely flattering with a sparkling, stretchable black top section with whispers of black vertical lines along the bottom half of the dress. The long lines throughout the design are very flattering and slimming. Plus, the entire dress gives off a sheen of gold, making this dress an outstanding addition for your wardrobe!!!!!

The stretchable bust section does not have a built in bra, but is made of a thicker material. The top section measures approximately 13 inches but has the ability to stretch to about 20 inches. The lower section of the dress falls slightly below knee-length (Depending on your personal height) and is lined. The hem is composed of a sheer, light gold section giving this dress a special extra flair.

This dress is composed of:
39% Polyester 37% Rayon 23% Nylon 1% Spandex
Care instructions indicate to machine wash cold and to dry flat.

Even though Lapis designed this fashion to be a dress, it can also be converted to a skirt if desired. Since the top section is stretchable, the dress can be pulled down around the waist region and paired with a matching top, for an alternative style. Worn either way, I personally find this fashion to be sophisticated and appropriate for various functions from an afternoon luncheon to an evening gala simply by alternating accessories.

I'm not exactly sure what type of measurement that you want but I'll try to describe the dress in more detail. Perhaps that will help. The top section of the dress is composed of the thicker, stretchable material. The stretchable material eventually forms an "up/down" design (the up/down design alternates back and forth from the thicker, stretchable material to the shimmery, lighter material) and this design ends approximately 10 inches, vertically from the top hem. Finally, the 25 inches of the light, shimmering material flairs outward. It is very difficult to determine where the exact hip measurement would be on this dress because it depends on your personal body measurements.
