Oh~~such a lovely bracelet that is chock full of detail. Swirls, twists & sparkling rhinestones to add that Special touch. I do believe that it is Gold tone, but the Crystal stones are so full of fire, they give an upscale feel to this beauty. Any tiny bit of light sets them off on a twinkle fest!! Lol! There are no stones missing~~
It is in very good Vintage condition with just the slightest bit of age related Gold loss. There is no makers mark that I can see & it measures 7.5" long. It would be very easy to remove a link for a smaller bracelet or to add a Gold tone extender for a larger wrist.
This bracelet will make a wonderful addition to your Vintage jewelry collection or perhaps for that Special lover of Vintage pieces~~

If you mean the scarf under the bracelet, the tag says it was made in Italy, exclusively for Avon & is 100% Polyester.
