???? Now that is an excellent question! I only have an Xbox360 w/ all wireless controllers. So I have yet to attempt attaching it to a game system. You've got me curious as well. I'll do a little research to see what I can come up with.

Doesn't require a power adapter? Cuz I have seen some that take a power adapter and some that don't require a power adapter !! Thanks and take care :-)

This adapter is Plug&Play ready. Utilizing power through the USB it is connected to.

I've used them to connect multiple game controllers at a time alongside a USB WiFi or Bluetooth dongle for wireless controllers. In fact, I still use them to modify NES-PC systems that I custom build for friends. Perfect replacement and fit for the controller connector plugs that are already on the NES.

However, if you try to run all high output devices through this adapter(fans, lights, mug warmers, High capacity storage devices), you will surge. This adapter works most efficient with low output devices, meaning that they operate on low power(controllers, dongles, and lower capacity storage devices).
