This auction is for the small book which is awesome because both it and the journal which is included can easily fit in your purse, backpack, desk, basically anywhere you go they can go with you. The size of the book is only 3"x3". The journal is standard size. The book is a guide of 7 steps to become a better you. Includes: Keep pressing on, Be positive toward yourself. Develop better relationships. Form better habits. Embrace the place where you are. Develop your inner life. Stay passionate about life. The study guide gives you devotionals to go along with the book and places for you to also write your own self reflections of the material. Awesome, awesome author and study material.

Both are brand new.

I regret that I am not able to provide free shipping. I am disabled at this time and just can’t afford it.

I use media mail to decrease the cost of postage but it may delay delivery by a few days.

I do offer free tracking with all packages.

If you do not agree with my cost for postage please do not leave rude comments or suggestions, I just thank you for stopping by anyway. Those comments hurt my feelings because I would love to be able to offer free shipping and I also feel that they deter others from possibly bidding.
