This is a Verizon 4GLTE phone. Clean esn. Crack on front screen, but touch screen still works good. Does not affect phone use at all.

No, verizon 4GLTE's have a SIM card as well as an micro sd card.

yes, son just checked it out and you can use it on wifi and d/l games to it w/out a sim card.

it is a verizon phone..i know you can take it to straight talk with one of their sim cards...as far as at &t or t-mobile, i don't know

i doesn't have a factory sim card. I have the sim card that is mine, it has all of MY information on it, phone number,contacts, etc. the sim does not go with it.

I believe if you buy a straight talk sim card for it you can use it on straight talk.you would have to check with straight talk though and find out for sure.
