This item is basically new. I bought it from store, opened the box, found out that it wasn't what I needed but couldn't take back to store because I bought it on Clearance. The only thing missing is the Owner's Manual but the device is pretty much self explanatory. You can, however, visit GRIFFIN's website and look up the manual on there.
