r there any stamps in the band? Is the gold coloring wearing off anywhere and getting dull. You can clean it with a tooth brush and tooth paste. Gold will shine up beautifully.,.,then maybe you;ll have a better idea of what it is. Thanks. W&F

Is the color coming off the heart? It's very pretty, but I'd bid if it was gold.

i think it might be gold covered, or coated. how ever they put it.

Thank you for that information. It's still very pretty. In rings like this I have seen many the were gold plated silver, so when the plating wears of you still have a very nice silver ring. Some of the gold plated copper I've jewelry looks incredable when the plating wears off. Better than when it was plated. I gave a friend a pair of silver plated copper turquoise earrings and she took the plating off with sand paper when it started wearing off, and now everyone wants to know where they can get some like it. Funny. They should make them in copper to begin with as it is a very cool look. I just saw them on her yesterday and was surprised at how great they looked. Nice item. Will be watching.

it has some spots that looks like it might be silver i think so thats why i said i think its gold covered
