The listing, Weight Gain Dog Treats has ended.

A recipe card will be mailed to winner at the end of the auction

With so many options for weight loss for dogs there are very few weight gain choices. From dog food to treats the shelves of stores are lined with weight management products for the overweight pet. But nothing for the underweight! I came up with this recipe for my rescue dog who was very underweight. It has all healthy easy to get ingredients you can buy at the supermarket. My dog loves them and they worked great at putting weight on him in a healthy manner! I will mail the recipe to whoever wins. Happy Bidding!! You can also check my previous auctions and see the great response I have received from winners of these treats. This auction is for the easy recipe I will mail the recipe to you on a recipe card as soon as the auction ends.

I understand! The dog in my profile picture is mine when I got him he looked so bad. You could see his entire rib cage and his backbone. Today he is healthy and looks great! I still feed these treats to him just not as many as I did in the beginning :)

My daughter had been begging me for a dog for years, we finally gave in and told her she could get one from a shelter or dog rescue. She searched for months for the right dog until I finally told her to stop and when the time was right the right dog would be given to her. It was a warm day last summer, my front door was open and the family was all sitting in the living room, Charlie walked into our house filthy half starved and hurt, my then 3 year old son jumped off the couch and said "Hi Charlie your home!" We spent weeks trying to find his owner and worked directly with the animal shelter here we fostered him until they allowed us to adopt him. We took him to the vet and learned he was half the weight he should have been but other than that he was good. We spent several months putting weight on him. He is very special and he adopted us!

I cook these for my dog the picture is exactly what I feed my dog. I do not feed him raw meat either. With this recipe you don't have to cook them but I do for several reasons including they are a lot less messy cooked
