Vintage metal locking handle folding paper hand painted watercolor of Long tail Parrots on branches of pretty bold red poppies - Chinese round FAN. Folds and locks to almost 6 inches long. Stamped by maker in Shanghai with English spelling errors! Fan spreads to about 10 inches. Great for a purse or auto, for those hot sweats or just a hot day. In excellent condition for the age. With a metal handle and locking ability, it's pretty sturdy too. Please see both pictures and enlarge for details.
