Description

The listing, Celtic bracelet has ended.

Beautiful and very feminine bracelet from a Midieval Fair I went to a long time ago. The design is very beautiful and screams lady. Metal is stainless steel, never worn to my dismay because Im a yellow gold lover so its just been sitting in my jewelry box. I know someone will give it a good home and love it as much as I do. Listia rules apply, please no rude comments, and no returns. If the winner hasnt contacted me within 7 days of winning I will relist the ítem and retain the credits. Thanks for stopping in and happy bidding!

I figure that the buyer should know what kind of energies they are attracting/expelling so that they can made a truly educated decision in wearing this beautiful piece of adornment :) Here is a bit of info on this knot...

This is a Triskelion or Tiskele Knot which is very very powerful in the old Germanic and Norse Pagan Religions and is not feminine but comprised of all things. (Wiccans have also been known to use this symbol, though they traditionally use the Pagan symbol Triquetra which represents the Mother/Crone/Maiden... or more commonly known as what Pagan Converted Christians began claiming for their Father/Son/HolyGhost Trinity Knot in the early 6th Century)

This symbol holds two separate but equal components .. First component is Action (So it is not surprising that the three spirals seem to look like they are in motion like three legs running...) This component can take the form of each or any of the following:

Action
Cycles
Progress
Revolution
Competition
Moving forward

The Second component is the actual symbol of the three angles/legs.. Each generation can put a different meaning to these three symmetrical images, so the interpretation is typically left to the beholder.. But here are a few of the concepts that I have run across The Power of Three within the:

Mind Body Spirit,
Father, Son, Holy Ghost
Mother, Father, Child
Past, Present, Future
Power, Intellect, Love
Creator, Destroyer, Sustainer
Creation, Preservation, Destruction

Great Auction !! Fanned :)
