Upon auctions end, the winner has 48 hours to opt for local pickup or provide their shipping address & paypal email - so I can figure postage & send them a paypal invoice for postage.
Once the invoice is sent, the winner then has the next 24hrs to submit payment for postage.
If the winner fails to do so, the seller then has the right to relist the item & the winner not only forfeits the item but also their credits.
