While I would be upset that someone basically "stole" use of my picture without the courtesy and professionalism of requesting my permission, PLEASE don't feel offended when people love your picture and little snowmen so much that they choose to use it. While I actually consider it "theft" that they used your picture without your permission, you should still accept it as a great compliment that your picture is being used across the the www! I love your cute little snowmen and will certainly enjoy adding them to my ornament montage if the the ending bid doesn't go out of my range.....Thanks so much for your reply! Um I took this pc and its MY own, is someone else using it? Wow that makes me mad if someone is using my pic. You will get these exact ones guaranteed.

Sorry didn't mean to get so flustered lol I just didn't want anyone to think this wasn't my pic. I could see using a stock photo for general merchandise but I wonder why people would use something that's homemade and cannot be exactly replicated as its my own touch, weird huh

Yes, it's really deceiving for someone to copy a photo of a homemade item but it takes all kinds of people to make the world go around! I personally don't even think that people should use stock photos unless they make it perfectly clear that the photos are stock and not pictures of the actual item being sold or auctioned....

And not everyone is on the same "moral" compass as you and I...I see examples of that everyday right here on Listia as we have 35 years experience, knowledge and education dealing in numismatics and we see people blatantly lie about the value of coins they're auctioning here on Listia. It really frustrates when we see people intentionally misleading others and misrepresenting the coins they auction.
