I will get back to you on the size on Thurs......sorry, I have put this outfit somewhere & can't recall......I will locate it tomorrow, I just have so, many things I have for auction or sale right now that I'm trying to get organized !
I don't make these but this little outfit does look homemade & so adorable. I wish my chihuahua hadn't grew out of it !

The neck is 3" .....its a tiny neck hole and does not stretch......the width across is 5".......

Its definitely used. I believe the pictures show this. It's not in great condition but
honestly its adorable and even better in person.
Ok, I was wrong , it does still fit my dog but he hates clothes on him.
I just added another picture showing this outfit on him so, you will have a better idea.
He is a small chihuahua size but not miniature!
