My kids received a couple of presents they either don't want or already have so I am offering a gift for a baby (boy or girl) depending on age This toys are all slighty used and the are Not cheap dollar store items.(The toys are in the pic, Each pic counts as 1 toy, If you see 2 toys in the pic you recive both of them toys)

bids 50 to 1500: You will recive 1 toy
bid 1500 to 2500: You will recive 2 toys
bid 2500 to 3500: You will recive 3 toys
bids 3500 to 4500: You will recive 4 toys
bid 4500 to 5000: You will recive 5 toys
I will round the number to the neareast number

I list a few items everyday. Mostly age 10 and under including infants & toddlers, but every know and then you would see women or men item listed, but not that much.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I am a stay at home mother of 4 children range from 5 month old to 10 year old. This auction will help me get clothes and toys for my kids on Listia. This is a smoke free and pet free home for anyone who are worried about hair and smell. Sorry I will not change the days of the auction as I only mail when I have the money and I try to end my auction on the weekend.

SHIPPING: Because I am a busy mother, I do not go to the post office every day. The most I go to the post office is about once a week or once every other week so please be pateint. This will be mailed between Jan 15th & Jan 20th. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THESE TERMS, DO NOT BID!! I DO have a life outside of Listia.

CONFIRMATION: I do not provide confirmation because of the cost, but you can at $1.00 extra. I will however provide free confirmation if you win 2 or more of my auctions or if the auction goes over 2000 credits. I am not responsible once it is mailed and no credits or shipping money will be refunded either, Because I will have the proof with a receipt, :)

regarding your confirmation terms, by 'proof with a receipt' do you mean delivery confirmation, since such tracking is what Listia recommends sellers to have in case of a dispute, the seller is responsible as stated by Listia on an ended auction page. also, a winner can file a dispute and Listia and paypal decide to refund or not or take other actions, the seller doesn't decide.

Pic #9 is no longer available. My last winner choose it and I didn't know. I will add a small mystery gift in it's place. This should be my last baby toy auction until my baby grows out of more toys. Thank you for bidding, watching and commenting

This was the only thing that my baby recived for Christmas and he loves it to. He is 5 months old and he loves jumping in it and bitting his tetther buddy that is on it. He actually has 2 teeth that came in and 2 more teeth coming in all 4 on the bottom so he has been real cranky latetly and only spends a little bit in the jumper, plus it folds up and it was cheaper that the Little Einstien jumper which was brighter and tought english & french, LOL :)

thanks for the reply. a receipt is for shipment proof, delivery confirmation is for delivery proof which is what protects a seller in disputes where an item isn't received by a winner.
