Don't see too many like this around! I've also had this one for years and loved every minute of it! I was going to try at one point to decorate the entire thing but wound up simply gluing some broken pieces of glass to the base just to color it up some. I'm sure you will want to decorate it to fit in with your own decor and those glass pieces should pop right off. I just used superglue and they've come off before by themselves so if you want them off, shouldn't be a problem. The finish is a light bluish-green, almost iridescent mother-of-pearlish coating of some kind. I also glued little pieces of felt to the bottom of the base so it wouldn't scratch my furniture. That even stayed on thru the vigorous washing I gave it so you probably don't have to replace that. As with the other one I have listed, this has given me YEARS of olfactory pleasure, lol, so the inside of the burner section still smells like incense even tho it is very clean. This item will ship thru the post office FREE with tracking to your VERIFIED address only, no later than Tuesday but hopefully Monday.
