They say Griffon Tru Pink on the shears themselves. Made in USA. Hope that helps. Thanks for visiting my Auction

Have you tried to cut fabric with them?

Thanks for the question. Yes, I did and they cut the fabric no problem. Please let me say this. I do not sew. I can remember my mom yelling at her scissors because they were not sharp enough and I thought they cut paper just fine LOL.
