I simply commented about your previous (key word, previous. Not current, previous.) auction and thanked him for the information.
In no way did I "trash" your current auction. It seems fishy that only a few minutes after the dispute was over, you re-list the phone for almost double the amount of credits he paid. He paid 35,000 you re-list for 63,000. Why couldn't you have asked him if he could wait a few more days until you have fully recovered and re-list for the same amount? Surgery does not take days, recovery does, so surgery is not a valid reason to offer a refund. In recovery, you can still tend to your auctions. Now that I'm telling you this, it just doesn't add up, does it? And by the way, if you are still in the hospital, why couldn't you have gone through with the transaction? You're supposedly in the hospital now in recovery and you seem to be doing well. But why did you not wait until you left the hospital to re-list the item? Think about the logic of your story. It doesn't add up.
And, oh, calling someone ugly is just a reflection of one's personality. Please do not revert to name-calling, I'm 17 and I know better than to resolve conflicts without resorting to childish, immature behavior. You are over 20. That speaks volumes about your character.
