•This phone does have a scratch on the screen not noticeable when on is not even something it would bother anybody!
• This phone is never been in or under water I have no idea or clue on how the red dot on the back is there they say it only gets red ones it gets wet but like I mention before this phone never been wet and it is fully functional as this is the phone I was using right before I purchase an IPhone 5 :-)
