I dont think so -my grandson is 4 and he is tall & thin. But he doesnt weigh much either, and its too big on him around the neck and arms-length was good though. Thanks!!

My grandson is four and it was a little big --but he is super skinny and tall. I sort of think it might be a little big for a 3 yr. old. Thanks!!

Thanks for the information Sue! I'm making a dress up closet for my niece and nephew but they're 3 so while I want a variety of sizes so they can use it all for a while, this might be too big. I appreciate you taking the time to answer. Great Listian! Fanned you.
