in this auction is a small emboidery hoop I got from an estate sale. This hoop is REALLY special. It has a hardened outer ring and a wooden inner ring. I'm not sure what material the outer ring is made of but it looks like some type of hard plastic or acrylic the package doesn't say. This package has never been opened but it looks vintage. The hoop is 4 inches in diameter.
