The listing, Pair of Large Ceramic Clowns has ended.

This is a pair of old ceramic clowns I found at my secret shopping place. Don't know anything about these.
There is a few minor chips here & there, not to noticeable. There is No cracks, or repairs!
They are signed Leslie & Lyle on both, with a 68 on one an a 69 on the other, don't know if these were the dates made or not.

I thought they were pretty old!
But if you have nothing better to do than play category police, then your missing out on a lot of nice auctions!
Besides, I always heard, nobody's perfect.
I was guessing, Are you an Antique Dealer (licensed)?

I own one identical to one of the clowns you have in your auction they are probably hand painted mine is they are vintage in the 1970's one would buy mold and paint clowns as hobby i have owned about 18 of these.

So then the 70's wouldn't be vintage?
I know how they were made. I figured the signatures on the bottom were from the couple & year they made them.

They are old, after looking it up & antique item has to be atleast 100 yrs old or older
to be called antique. But there is no vintage category, so I didn't know where else to put them :)
