So this is for acne? And does it come with instructions on how to apply or jus get it open it and squirt some on your fingers and place on acne areas?

Its just like any other cleanser or face wash lol Its says massage small amount over dampened face and neck then rinse and pay dry and yes it does say Acne on it:)
