I'm still pretty new too but I was not verified when I won my 1st auction (didn't know what that was or where/how to verify). After you win, the computer should generate a message for the seller to send to the winner, it may take a several hours to a day. If I remember correctly, after they send you that, there is some button to click & I think a form comes up for you to fill out. You'll only have to fill it out once, next time you win something all the info. is there, it automatically pops up a few hours after you win and you just click a button to send the info. next time. Basically, it's a matter of waiting for the seller to send you something after you win then looking around on the screen for verify buttons...at least that's how I figured it out, lol. I haven't found the section/community of Q&A yet (not sure if there is one?) but somewhere is rules and policy and that helps answer some questions, again I don't think I found that until after I won something but it's somewhere in here. I've bought 2 items and sold 2 so far (this is the first place I've ever sold online) and I'm not very computer savvy at all, but it's been pretty intuitive. HTH!
