I'm sure I could get it done. I would have to take my own head measurements and go around that size. but they stretch some so you wouldn't have a problem wearing it

Thanks I'll fan back :) and it depends, I usually charge $5 to make one and $8 if you want a matching diaper cover. it depends on what I'm making and how much time it will take me. I'll be posting more of these up as I get finished making more
