Like brand new..I bought it to find just a few recipes and its only been looked thru 2 times ..

There isnt a number listed of how many recipes anywhere in the book..but thare are 372 pages of recipes (10 pages of index) so 382 total...about 1 recipe per 2 pages (one page recipe ..1 page pic of recipe)..I hope that gives you a better idea..also there are 8 categories :)
