This is a wood wreath and paste-on pattern craft project. Item number 59251 Scallop Wreath. It is still in original packaging, but packaging has been slightly torn open. However, product is still in tack and would be a great project for someone that likes to do pre-packaged wood crafts. Great idea for a Christmas project as well.
