An iPhone 3G- pics of phone on added
Only flaw is pads over volume buttons are missing, but I just push with my fingers & volume works fine. It's a tiny cosmetic issue, phone still works fine.
But I wanted to list the pads missing to be forthright. Am adding a pic with it on( of course)

Not without having it unlocked. It's pretty easy to find someone in your area to unlock it. Then I think it works with other carriers.

you can go to apple.com and click on support and tech specs and enter the serial number on the back on the bottom. and it will tell you exactly what the phone is 3g and GB
