Do these run small or big

Hi Krystal -- I would say they run a little big if anything. I'm a 7 but sometimes a 7.5 -- these are a 7 and they fit me just fine. Certainly never tight - they're made of pretty thin canvas so they're not terribly restricting. Thanks!
