I am going to go out tomorrow and get a ring sizer (I should have had one along time ago!) and edit this with the exact size, but I would say it is a size 7.

It is an amythyst crystal, not a genuine amythyst stone. It is a genuine crystal, but they just call it an amythyst because of the color.

Yes, it is right around the size of 3 carats, could be a little more, the crystal is quite large.
