Msouders yes it can.The only problem you might have is not carrier not letting you use the phone on there network.The only networks that I know for a fact allow flashed phones are cricket, and Metro pcs.

this phone can be flashed. you must take it to Metro pcs, cricket or revol. they do their own flashing of phones. :)

Hello i was wondering if you would accept an already prepaid shipping label and if so then i could email it to you and then you could print it out and then all you'd have to do is fold it in half and then tape it to the box you'd be sending out with the barcode facing up with clear tape and then i could even schedule a pick up for you and it wouldn't cost you anything!! if this method of payment would be ok will you please let me know and thank you!!
