You must take a look at this Fantastic lot including:
1) WHAT IF... THE ALIEN COSTUME HAD POSSESSED SPIDER-MAN #4 (OCTOBER, 1989).
2) WHAT IF... THE FANTASTIC FOUR ALL HAD THE SAME POWER? #11 (MARCH, 1990).
3) WHAT IF... KRAVEN THE HUNTER HAD KILLED SPIDER-MAN? #17 (SEPTEMBER, 1990).
4) WHAT IF... THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN HAD NOT MARRIED MARY JANE? #20 (DECEMBER, 1990)
I am not a professional grader, so I will do the best I can to describe them. I can only give you my opinion, so please look at the Photos of the front and back covers, and make up your own mind as to their condition because Grading is so Subjective.

In my unprofessional opinion, having read the Overstreet Grading Definitions, these issues appear to range in the Mid-Grade range, some minor flaws and cover wear but still in nice shape !
Complete, nothing cutout. Looks great! See Photos.
GREAT ISSUES TO COMPLETE OR ADD TO ANY COLLECTION!! But, please judge for yourself from the photos as grading is so Subjective.
