samsung intercept say virgin mobile but it has been flashed to sprint, if someone knows what they are doing they can flash it back, wifi, camera, and apps seem to be working but since it is cdma I can't do any calls to see if it calls out, when I bought it it said fully functional though, phone has some ware, mainly around the slide out screen, chrome is wore, other than that phone is in decent shape...no power cord included..shipping will be paid through paypal
