I thought this was a totally free site. now I'm hearing about making payments. now I'm a retired, widow on a strict pension, and disability, so I dont have the extra money to be paying for anything. pls set me straight. thx.

this is a totally free site, the item that you are bidding on is free, but some people who are on disability or are completely poor like yourself can not afford to send and item to some people who live out of state so they ask for the shipping charges and in some cases a small charge for the cost of materials that they use to send you the item. Otherwise if you lived right around the corner from the person you could just go to there house and pick it up completely free. Then there is the people who do have the extra money to send and item out for absolutely free. So what you have to do when bidding for items on this site is make sure that you look on the right side of the page under a persons location to see if an item is free, shipping, exact shipping or flat rate shipping. if a person has exact shipping listed you can give them your zip code and ask them what the shipping will come to before you bid.
