It is no scratched or damaged in any way as the pics show. The last 2 photos are of the back to show there is no discoloration. It's great to wear when ur dressing up, girls for prom, wear for the holidays, or guys you could give this to ur special someone for Christmas. It has no markings on it that I can see and it's 8.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
