I would have bid on this but your rules seem odd. If you are asking the customer to pay shipping, it is weird to say that you'll only ship "standard" because of a limited income. Your income is irrelevant since the customer pays shipping. And CASH ONLY?? You could take postal money orders--the post office cashes them for free.
